SRS Group of Institutions was established in the year 2004 for the welfare of rural students in our area. It’s indeed my privilege to have set foot on in this institution. As the Administrative Officer my ambition is to ignite the flame of success in future. Challenges need to be encountered with motivation, determination and commitment. Our chairman Shri. B A Lingareddy, is dynamic versatile and visionary leadership person in this society. Our green campus is enriched with modern class rooms with sophisticated laboratories. We assure moral and social responsibility in every activity. For the welfare of student’s community, we dedicate ourselves to improving the quality of life in our own way of adopting the highest quality standards in imparting education.

It is my pleasure to welcome you to SRS FIRST GRADE COLLEGE popularly known as SRSFGC – Chitradurga. The motivating environment in SRS for knowledge assimilation, generation and dissemination with a sense of social responsibility, human values and concern for social commitment has carved a ideal position for itself among the best educational institutes.

The special emphasis is on Outcome Based Education and Experimental Learning. The academic activities concentrate on helping the students to gain an excellent theoretical knowledge base and in the development of skills to implement them. We are constantly reviewing our set up to update and improve while making sure that students gain thinking skills, analytical frameworks, entrepreneurial skills, interpersonal and communication skills.

There is also an ample of scope in co-curricular and extracurricular activities at SRSFGC wherein the students are encouraged to show their talents. SRSFGC ensures that the students prove themselves to be not only well qualified but also very responsible and ideal citizens of our country.
